• Returns: You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

• How to return: Email us at nathan@sitnspike.com with your order number to start the return process.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, email us—we'll do our best to accommodate!
